We dispatch all our products by Registered Air Mail provided by Swiss Post International. We post biweekly on Tuesday and Thursday so as to insure prompt service. This method of delivery is included in the $20.00 post & packing fee.
:: Warranty

We offer a one year warranty. It covers only manufacturing faults.Broken glass, dropped or clearly used watches are not covered, neither water damage. All watches are tested at least three times before they are sent out to you (factory, distribution, Zurich).
If your watch needs repair within the first year of ownership, we will have it repaired for you by a qualified CW specialist. The customer is only responsible for the cost of sending the watch to us. We always recommend you use an insured form of shipment. Subwave will cover the return postage costs. Always contact us before returning a watch. Also, always write "Montre cassée - Retour/ Broken watch - Return; Customs value = 0.00" on the customs slip. Seal your parcel well so that it does not open in transit.
If for some reason you manage to damage your out-of- warranty watch, we can have it repaired in China. This service takes several weeks and costs around $50.00 plus postage.
If you send it back by courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx etc...) and expect us to pay (postage, VAT, customs) we will refuse it.
Watch bands are excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover damages due to misuse or neglect. You can E-mail us at info@uhrenvertrieb.ch or write at the address at the end of this page and receive a copy of this Limited Warranty.
:: Repair / Return |

New watches are replaced directly when in-stock. All others must be sent to China and it will take 6 - 8 weeks until you get them back.
We must be notified beforehand via E-mail of all returns. The postage is paid by the sender. On the customs slip you should write "Montre cassée - Retour/ Broken watch-Return". Also, seal your parcel well so that it does not open in transit.
Make sure to include the original Invoice/Warranty sheet/booklet - it is used to identify the watch and also to determine the return address.
Before you send a watch back make sure the watch is really broken !
NEVER send watches back via Express Mail - we'll have to pay the VAT again and it produces unnecessary work to fetch it at the post office. VERY IMPORTANT : declare 'back for repair; custom value 0.00' on sending for customs.

:: 21-Day Return Policy

We at :: subwave want you to be completely satisfied with you LED-TIME purchase.
If you are not satisfied with a product once you have received it you are often able to return it for an exchange or a refund. You are entitled to this if your item arrives broken or the actual item was different than that in the picture. However, this policy does not apply for frivolous returns, such as "I changed my mind" etc...
If you decided to send back your watch, please be well advised that we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We highly recommend you use an insured shipping method. Also note that the original fee ($20) of posting from Switzerland is not refundable.
When returning, be sure to send back the watch in new condition with the original packing material, watch box, instructions and any other documentation.
Caution: Credit card payment cancellation levies a $25.00 fee as soon as processed.

We do not disclose the name, address, phone number or E-mail address of any of our customers to a third party. All CC orders are processed through a secure server that encrypts the entire transaction for your protection.
:: Post & Packing

Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery of an in-stock item to a North American address. Often less for EU addresses. 2 - 4 weeks is standard for special order items. If we expect some sort of delay in processing your order you will be contacted with the option of accepting a longer delivery time or canceling the order.
You can have your items delivered anywhere on Earth for the standard posting fee of $20.00 per order. Therefore, it is advisable to order several watches together. We post everything by registered, insured Air Mail. Swiss Post has an excellent reliability record. Problems are exceedingly rare.
Please do NOT write E-mail’s asking about the status of your order. If any delay is expected we will notify you via E-mail.
:: Order Cancellation

You may cancel any order without penalty as long as your account has not been billed. This is useful in the event you ordered the wrong item or quantity. However, once your account has been billed a $25.00 cancellation fee is incurred. When using the Shopping cart system your transaction will be made with SaferPay.com.
